You want to love your hair
You want to look in the mirror and feel gorgeous. Love it from every angle, know your hair is going to stay looking that way long after you’ve made it down the aisle, and then completely forget about it.
Because once the hair’s done, you’ve got much more important things to think about. Like marrying your favourite person and having the best day!
You don't need to have it all figured out...
Most brides come to me with a bit of an idea, a load of saved pictures and a few things they’re convinced will make it difficult - they never wear their hair up, they don’t think they’ve got enough hair for the styles they love, or they’ve just got no idea what will actually suit them.
Honestly, I hear it ALL the time!
You don’t need to know loads about hair - that’s my bit. Show me what you’ve saved, tell me what you like (and what you don’t, including the ears, forehead or side profile you’re convinced we need to hide 😂) and we’ll figure it out together. 🤍

The Hair
You want it to look like you made a bit more effort than usual - obviously - but you still want to recognise yourself when you look in the mirror.
Soft updos, textured buns, relaxed half-ups and gorgeous waves are very much my thing. Nothing stiff, nothing plastered to your head and definitely no bouffant hair!
And if you're looking at your inspo thinking “my hair could NEVER do that”, don't write it off just yet.
Padding, extensions and a few tricks can do a lot more than you'd think, without your hair feeling heavy or uncomfortable.
It just needs to look bloody good. And still look bloody good several hours later.
I really do love my job!
Even with the 5am alarms, a car absolutely full of hair stuff and some questionable sat nav directions!
I’ll probably still be checking the back of your hair while you’re happily sipping on bubbles, because apparently I’m incapable of just leaving it alone!
But my favourite bit is always at the end - hair done, dress on, veil in, Mum & dad crying, bridesmaids getting emotional and suddenly there’s an actual BRIDE standing in front of me.
Somehow I end up ridiculously invested in the wedding of someone I probably didn’t even know a year ago, and I honestly don’t think that bit will ever get old. 🤍
