Charlotte! I can't believe the wedding has been and gone! ... Even though I haven't actually known you that long I really feel like iv known you years and you really were a big part of my wedding journey! Your amazing! I love how you take the time getting to know your bride and made me feel so at ease from the start to the end.

I came into my trial not really knowing what I wanted and you were very supportive, patient and gave advice on different ideas, especially with me changing and adding things to my hairstyle last minute and you were very accommodating to that. Wanted to mention how quick and easy the booking process was, and I love the WedQ's portal where all your info, inspo pics, payment details etc is all kept together in one place where you can go to at anytime! Such a good idea!

You are SO understanding, and talented in what you do and I feel like you just 'know' what your brides want without them saying anything! The trial felt like a catch up with a friend you've known ages rather than 'just a trial' and was the exact same on the morning of the wedding, girls that had only just met you was chatting away like they too had known you ages. We hadn't decided or picked a style for my mum (MOB) on the run up to the wedding, however you managed to create a beautiful updo style for my mum with just a few glances at some Pinterest pics and few thrown in ideas on the morning of the wedding, and my mum absolutely loved it and had so many compliments on it too! My bridesmaids looked absolutely Stunning and they both loved their styles too which I know they will want to tell you themselves.
